[Resolved] Quikr — Dining Table of AD ID[protected] Issue not resolved since July 2016. | |||||
Dear Sir, We posted an AD in Quikr for selling our dining table. A buyer was interested for our product and Quikr logistics team picked the product on July 2016. We've sent an email to Quikr doorstep on 05th July 2016 for payment. There is no proper response from Quikr about payment. Even on 24th Oct 2016 (after 3 months). Later we came to know that the buyer was not accepted the product, As he was looking for a 6 seater (It doesn't look like a valid reason). We requested for return. On 5th Nov 2016, we received our product in damaged condition. We worried so much as product lost its value a lot due to damage. Since then it was with Quikr. Neither repair nor compensation had been provided to us so far. Also product is still with Quikr. Can you please help to resolve this asap. Regards, Radha [protected].
