[Resolved]  Quikr — Doorstep delivery not being done in span of even 10 days

I purchased 3 cots from quikr doorstep facility and made a payment online on 10 th April 2016.
same day i got call from their representative and the delivery was scheduled at 12th April 8 pm to 10 pm. But it was not delivered as it was not picked up from seller's house. But once it was picked up on 12 th April and I got a confirmation mail as well then also the items were not delivered till the time I am writing this mail.
I called/mailed several times and wasted my money for false promises that it will be delivered but it was not. And when i asked them to connect to senior member, it was also not done. I have wasted nearly 4/5 days just waiting for the products as those are big and can be received by me only.

hi,

the apology stage has already crossed. Now i want a replacement for those products which i ordered through quikr because i am sure that those have been mishandled by you people.

The Ad "3 single cot wooden bed with one matress" with AD ID:[protected] by
Seller: b.[protected]@gmail.com (Mob: [protected]) still exists. and when i confirmed from the seller he did get repetitive calls asking for pick up although it was picked from his place on 12th April.

And they also promised his money once he closes this Ad.

From my side I already have paid 1200 for the product and was expecting delivery by 12th april( it was scheduled by your quikr representative) and i do have mail/msgs for that.

And I called 10/12 times at least for my products and ask them about status and reason for delays but no one was able to ans my any questions. I also requested to connect to any senior executive but then that was also denied and promised to get a call back. Even i mailed to mail id [protected]@doorstep.quikr.com,
[protected]@quikr.com and in return again i got a ticket number: [protected] and confirmation of a call and delivery of product.

Due to false promises and inefficiency by Quikr i lost atleast 5 complete days waiting for my product as if i was only alive to get them. I will call it a harassment.

last mail i did to [protected]@quikr.com with the content as

" With ref to above going mail chain and ticket number:

1. I have a question that how come the pick up date has changed from 12 April to 17 April?
2. And how did it was mentioned that the buyer(I) am not available on some particular day when i didnt get any call/msg/mail or in person from any quikr representative?
3. Why i was not connected to any senior representative even after 5/6 calls? Pooja( your customer-care representative promised a call back from senior/manager ?
4. Why all representative who answered my call were not able to trace the product and give me any status about that?
5. If it was scheduled to be delivered between 8 pm to 10 pm then why and how without any conversation it was not delivered?
6. finally What kind of service is this when you people are unable to deliver within the same locality??


And tomorrow is the last date, after that i will take this to some customer forum. "

But i was not qualified enough to get a reply from Quikr side.

May be here is the place to get a clarification and correct view about my money and my product.
