[Resolved] Quikr — double deduction of the payment | |||
I ordered for the ad id[protected] on 1st of March 2017. The payment for ₹2016 was deducted two times from my Paytm wallet. Later on I cancelled my order. One unsuccessful payment was refunded on 7th March into my Paytm wallet but second payment is not refunded till today.please solve my query. Also attaching my Paytm wallet transaction's screen shots. Sep 2, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Amount pending from last six month is refunded in two days. Quikr customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
