[Resolved] Quikr — false promises of customer service | |||||
Dear sir, I was purchased a service pack from quikr india as on dated 30.11.2018, before purchasing quikr easy pack quikr executive's calls me alot for purchasing the pack but when i make payment and purchase the quikr easy pack they don't provide services to me, their executive name- Lokendra Sharma (+91-[protected], mail id- lokendra.[protected]@quikr.com) & Mohd. Rehan (+91-[protected], mail id- mohd.[protected]@quikr.com). First of all my package is not start after making payment on 30.11.2018, they told me it might be some back office problem, in quikr easy application they shown my previous pack, this query was resolved after one week. Please also check not any response of the quikr executive a screen shot of call history. They promise me you will received 2-3 leads on weakly basis but unfortunetlly i was not received any lead yet after complition of approx 3 week. I have make payment of Rs- 14, 160/- via link provided by quikr premium services on dated 30.11.2018 via my brother HDFC credit card. Payment link received via mail id- [protected]@quikr.com (payment recipt attached) So, please help on this matter and if possible refund my money.
