[Resolved] Quikr — faulty mobile sold by quikr and accepting the return request as per their return policy | |||
I bought an oneplus two 64 gb mobile (Quikr certified) on november 13th 2017, which shows in quikr site that the variant is as 'like new' in quikr certified mobile phone. It got received on nov 16th 2017 (It came with a duplicate charger which cost total 150 rs only), on the first switch on itself i came to know there is no charging at all. After i kept for charging, whole night it was charged only 53 percent. After just 5 - 10 min browsing battery percentage came down to 12 percent. They didn't have checked the very basic part of mobile and saying 36 quality check was done. Now quikr have telling they wont accept any mobiles if there is a problem with battery, heating or charger, etc. Even i told them i will bring the phone to the address mentioned as return address on the package. They are not even allowing that too. As per 7 days return policy they should take it back if there is some problem and in the policy no where they have mentioned like they wont accept the product if the problem is with battery or charger or heating. I clearly told in the call, the problem is with battery. Even with full charge and with in 10 min of browsing the battery is getting low to 40 %. It is taking more than 8 to 10hours to full charge using original charger also.
Why everytime you people saying you won't accept if the problem is with battery???
Can you please send me the policy details where it was written??
