[Resolved] Quikr — faulty product and denying for refund | |||
I ordered a cellphone yureka ao5510 of good qulity but when product was delivered having problem in speaker and sim tray is also broken and many other problems are faced i complaint to then so they told it will take 15 days process for replacment today i got a mail to send them video clip of sim tray i did the same and asked for refund because i was in need of cell phone so i purschased a another one now they are denying it is clearly writen that after delivery with in 5 days i can claim refund but i m claiming within in a single day of delivery please help me to get refund i m from a poor family i cant afford plzzzz Was this information helpful? | |||
