Dear sir, I have purchased a motorola moto g mobile from quikr online for rs 3128.00. When i received the phone it was seen that the battery was totally damaged and not working. I contacted quikr for exchange of the mobile as per terms & condition of quikr replacement policy which provides 6 months warranty. I have contacted quikr more than 6 times over phone to replace & over 4 times through e-mail with all details to replace. But with regret i wish to inform that quikr is not responding. My details of damaged product from quikr is as below: Order id[protected] Order details Sub order id - 296421 Motorola moto g (1st gen) (Black, 16 gb) - good condition Quantity : 1 Sold by : rocket kommerce llp Price₹ 3, 128.00 Date sep 24 2016 Payment cod Free onsite assure warranty (6 months) Invoice no[protected] From the above it is ascertained that the transaction amounts fraud by quikr.
