[Resolved]  Quikr — fraud. want my money back.

Hi i'd like to complain about a fraud i just encountered. I saw an offer on a one plus 5 mobile which was price at 15, 000 rupees. I got in tough with the seller whose name is abdullah who sent me pictures of his id and the phone as well. He gave me his bank account number and asked me to make a payment of 7000 rupees which i did. After confirming it he said the product has been sent for shipment and they've sent two items by mistake. Later he said the shipment was held until i paid the rest of the amount (8000rupees). I asked him for the shipment details, he didn't send that either and now he says that the amount cannot be refunded.
I want my money back coz such kind of fraudulent buyers should not be allowed to have accounts. You need to verify them before they make quickr a platform to do such frauds.
I want some steps to be taken asap or else i'll put this up on social media which i'm sure won't bring quickr any goodwill.
