[Resolved] Quikr — Full money not paid | |||||
I have sold an item (Ad ID[protected] on Quikr (doorstep delivery), I negotiated with buyer for INR1500 and Quikr said they will pay me PayTM money INR50. In the transaction they made a mistake and paid only 1349 and PayTM 50, I contacted through email and someone called and told me a different problem and said they will credit 50 more in my PayTM wallet. They still owe me INR101 which I have been trying to get contacting them through the same email thread but no response. While 101 is not much of an amount, it is still my hard earned money and considering Quikr doing it in large scale it would add up to a large amount from many people. This surely is a fraud. Oct 8, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Received call next day from Quikr, when I didn't pick up they emailed asking my convenient time which I feel is the right thing that I'd expect. Talked to them and resolved my issue in couple of days.
