[Resolved] Quikr — Furniture - promised paytm cashback not released - ad id :[protected] | |||||
Sold my sofa through quikr for 14k + Cashback of 1k from quikr. However never got the Cashback. When contacted customer care o was told i will not get it as i have not registered my mobile no. If i have not updated my number then how did quker contacted me for deliver or pickup. Have also mentioned my number with the bank details. Now this is upto quikr to register the no or not. I can only submit it in the required fields which i did. This is purely a case of cheating customers. Let's assume i have not submitted my no anywhere then how did you contact me to pickup the stuff. And if you have promised a Cashback then you should release it post all the necessary verification. Why hassel the customer stating you didnt do this or didnt do that.
