[Resolved] Quikr — I didn't get my money back | |||||
Add ID :[protected] I have order on april 8th for refigerator and we wait till april 11th and it has not deliverd.Hence we have cancle the order on same day 11th april.so since that day we are getting answer repeatedly with in 24hr amount will be created and they say send email request even though no reply from email also. yesterday i have spoke to one of customer support person and he said Rs.3000/- amount has been to my Canara Bank account, I have checked and the amount of Rs.3000/- has not posted. kindly give the Reference so i can contact to my Bank.And now i have spoke with customer care he said with in 24hr it will credit to you account saying. your co-operation highly appreciated. Quikr — Worst service
An item was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Then after 100 calls on the customer care number I got to know that it will be send today, but no pickup done yet. No response after sending a complaint mail or 100s of calls to the customer care.
