[Resolved] Quikr — laptop picked up, not delivered | payment not received | |||||
My laptop was sold on quikr and the payment was made by the buyer. The quikr doorstep team picked it up from my place (Mumbai) on 26th nov. It's been 20 days since then, and it has not yet been delivered (Ranchi). Due to which, i am not getting the payment of it. Not sure how much such sellers money would've been held by quikr. I've been calling every alternate days to quikr customer care, and the only reply i get is please wait for 48 hrs and it will be delivered. Totally frustrated with the worst experience. I'm Vivek from Chennai, Bought a laptop from quikr but received defective one laptop but I got quikr reply does not responsible for defective product so contact seller.. Then what is use of quikr..? This is scam . and cheating us...
