Quikr — mobile rear camera is not working properly

i purchased a one plus 3 with Transaction Id 10579122 sub id 853369
the rear camera of that mobile is not working properly, the picture is not clear and phone is also heat so much. the charger come with the mobile is also get short circuit.
please take some actions as soon as possible.
i want to refund or replace this phone
