Dear sir / madam, I have purchase sony xperia z2 3gb ram 16gb rom black color mobile Add id:[protected] second hand mobile from seller of delhi through online quikr.com on 03.09.17 for rs.4, 000/- mobile delivered me as display damaged condition when i open the box i found crack on display & didn't switch on. I had mail to quikr regarding this matter but quikr didn't reply me back. This is very bad service from quikr. So i request to quikr to refund my money but quikr customer care talk to me with very bad manner and showing rude behavior i just want my refund. If refund is not given i will file case against the seller.
