[Resolved] Quikr — my fridge get damaged by quikr | |||
I sold my fridge to a buyer on 31st may. Quikr picked it up and scheduled delivery on 1st june. They later told buyer that his area was not serviceable. Buyer refused to take the product and returned it. Quikr held onto my fridge for 7 days and scheduled return on 5th june. Return did not happen. After hours of following up with them on customer care line, they rescheduled return on 6th june in 10am-12pm slot. When fridge arrived, it had major dents on the side. The delivery people refused to take responsibility and i have refused to accept the return. What should i do? I need quikr to compensate me for the damage and pay me rent for the 8 days they held onto my fridge. Was this information helpful? | |||
