[Resolved] Quikr — my fridge get damaged by quikr in transit | |||
Sold fridge on quikr on 31st may. After taking money from buyer and delaying for 4 days (Original delivery scheduled on 1st june and quikr rescheduled to 5th june) they told him the area is not serviceable. He returned the product. Quikr were supposed to return it to me on 6th june. They failed to do so and rescheduled return on 7th june, today, from 10am to 12am. When the product arrived it was damaged with dents. I have photos and videos of original product that show the perfect condition. Quikr needs to compensate me for the damage to the product, the time lost, rent for keeping my fridge with them for 8 days and the mental agony over the past one week.
