[Resolved] Quikr — My order from quikr doorstep has not been cancelled | |||||
I had order a refrigerator from quikr doorstep online, I had paid 6.5k for that, I had cancelled it and returned it on same day due to bill and warranty card was not given, and it was broken baldly. Now its been more than 2 weeks, and my money has not been credited back to my account, and even no updates recived from quirk customer supports even though I have raised the issue many times and communicated the same in web. Below is communication I have with quikr support, it is still unresolved and no confirmation and guarantee of my money will be returned. ...
