[Resolved] Quikr — negligence and irresponsibility of your employee and company

We were contacted by quikr india pvt. Ltd. Employee in july 2018 for a tie-up with quikr for car service centre for servicing of cars recommended by you. Kapil pathak was the name of your employer that contacted, i have attached his card details below.
We were told about your package for one year for which we have already paid for in two installments dated 27/7/2018 and 28/7/2018 with amounts of 10000 and 7500 paid in two installments calculating for a total amount of 17500.
We paid the money via online transactions from icici bank to acc no.[protected] in the name of quikr india pvt. Ltd.
We were promised for a receipt for the payment we we never received, what we got was total negligence and irresponsibility from the company.
Now we are getting a call from the company for renewal of the same package which was never started.
We havn't received any customers or recommendation from quikr till date no service is or was ever been provided by the company. It has been a total waste of my time and money. From the time since the payment we have been getting stalled by the companies employer asking for more time and excuses for the delay and giving more fake commitments. We were given excuses for 3 months after payment without starting any services after which the employer stopped responding to us.
Without wasting more of my time and money i have decided it was a huge mistake of thinking of tie-up with quikr company.
Therefore i expect a complete refund of the amount i paid and expect to be contacted by the company as sson as possible regarding this matter.
This complaint is just the start of my actions if i don't get a response from the company soon.
