We were contacted by quikr india pvt. Ltd. Employee in july 2018 for a tie-up with quikr for car service centre for servicing of cars recommended by you. Kapil pathak was the name of your employer that contacted, i have attached his card details below.
We were told about your package for one year for which we have already paid for in two installments dated 27/7/2018 and 28/7/2018 with amounts of 10000 and 7500 paid in two installments...

I am quickr paid user and not using leads as sales mane told me. I have tried to reach him but always not replying. And on call center they always use a word sir you will get it soon. I have spent mony and looking for some business not words. If i will not get any leads then please make a refund.

They dont pay even after submitting the work. after submitting the typing work they ask for more money and then either block us or change their number.

After applying on quiker i rec mail on 11th july 2018 to watsapp on [protected] if interested for typing work. after getting work i submitted the completed work on 23rd july 2018. post that they have taken almost 40000 and now the number is not in use.

We have been induced to take certain package with quikr by company's representatives with the commitment of certain business leads. We are completely aware about market dynamics and leads are subject market conditions. However, there is clear variance between what was committed and what we are getting now. 1-2 leads in a month compared to commitment of 30-40 leads is definitely not something what we were expecting from such a reputed company.

Maine pehle 2500 rs ka package liya tha premium add ka usme kuch response nahi mila to gold add me convert karne ke liye maine 3000 rs ka aur ek transaction kiya tha august 2018 me. unhone god add me convert nahi kiya and uske baad mere calls receive karna band kar diya mere number ko black list me dal diya. uske pehle mujhe JAY KHADE n MELWIN ne 100 times call kiye. transaction karne ke baad september se unhone aaj tak ek bhi mera call nahi uthaye. jab wo 3000 rs ka koi use nahi kiya hai to wo muje wapas chahiye QUIKR company fraud hai dont do any transaction with QUIKR

I got message from quicker after talking to customer care representative. I called one plcament services mentioned in the message as rahul maid placement service ph no [protected]. He told he will send today morning both cook nd maid at 6.30 am but before that advance payment of rs 1500 to be done via paytm to a specific bar code sent through watsapp. I was reluctant for payment but he told without payment he can't send anyone. I did the payment yesterday nd today morning no one came. That fellow has blocked my no it seems and now his ph is switched off. My question is how quickr has send fake details. I need my hard money back as soon as possible. I have attached the photos also sent by them who will be sent for cooking and maid and even barcode where payment was done. The customer care no from where i got call is [protected].

I got a lot a calls from quickr (Jayakumar +[protected] and[protected] insisting me to keep my real estate add on quickr. After paying them 5600 rs, they put my number on blacklist and not refunding my money back and not even responding me. They cheated me. I request everyone not to believe in quickr agents and not choose this site for your benefit. They will not respond u after taking your money. [protected]@gmail.com

I have paid to quikr rs.1200 in the month of october for rc transfer for the second hand bike i bought. Documents are collected on the same month (Before 10th of october). They told me that the service will take only 15days to 1 month of time to do the rc transfer. But it's been nearly 3 months and i have mailed so many times to [protected]@quikr.com asking the status. There was a reply saying that the documents are safe and asked me to keep patience. After one month of that mail, now again i tried to know the status. There is no reply and i'm afraid that i won't get any rc. I request you to help me getting my original rc which i have submitted to them along with the money i paid. It's ok if they are not able to do the rc transfer. I can't wait anymore and i'm not feeling confident that i'm going to get the service done by quikr. So please help me to get my documents back!

I am a businessman in vadodara. I got several calls from last several months from quikr mumbai and vadodara for listing my business and they promised that they have huge business enquiries and if i pay them yearly fees, i can get all those enquiries transferred to me. Over two months passed but not a single penny's business i got from them. Yes i got 2-3 enquiries which absolutely were fake, maybe from their own employees' friends or relatives, which never converted into business. Trying to call the customer rep's number from last one month, but she's not picking, same person who called me numerous times a day for getting the money for paying premium. At least they should have courtesy to pick the call and transfer to higher authority, it shows that they are just interested in shelling money.

Their customer care never seems to have anyone, as everytime it's busy and after 2-3 minutes it gets disconnected.

Just want to say, do not promise when you cannot deliver. It is ruining your credibility, which i thought you had, but sadly it was fake. I lost my money on fake promises, i urge no one to pay premium for their services.

I have never used any rental services from quirk. This seems to be a scam on the part of quikr.

I applied for hp removal certificate for my car at quikr rto services. I applied in october and it's been more than two months they have taken my original rc and the payment and my work is not done. They don't respond to emails and phone calls. Please do the needful as soon as possible. There are many discussions on the same at quora thread. People who are dealing from quikr names are nawaaz, sharath, pramod and renuka. They have cheated many people like me. Something serious should be done against them

I have purchased 1 product from quikr and my ad id is :[protected] i have also made full payment of this product. But still now i have not got the product. I m calling to customer care they r saying that our delivery boy will contact you within an hour but from 3 days i have not yet recived any call. I am really not satisfied with service of quikr. Please cancel thi order and refund my money back.

The mail id from which the work details was sent to me was malavika. [protected]@gmail.com. At first the job and details looked so genuine that i tookup the work which was to convert images to word. After the work was completed, they asked me to pay poc charges. I came to know that there are such things in some businesses. The lady whom i contacted who introduced herself as malavika assured me sure refund of poc charges along with salary so i took a chance and has done the payment. They were cheating me and later on i found out that the phone number and mail id doesn't exist now.. I have a request that please avoid the person who posted this job, if possible using any technical ways i think you can do something. You may have the details with you

I have submitted the documents for the ownership transfer of my 2 wheeler on 24-oct. Now i am not getting any response and they are not attending my calls or emails. Could you please assist me on this. Its been almost 3 months there is no movement on this. There was a complaint logged on quikr ticket #830652. Can you please check what is happening with this?.

I have purchased a quikr assured product first it showed delivery by 2jan 2019 but after that quikr relationship manager called me said you will get it delivered and then after that another relationship manager named kavia called me asked did you buyed it i said yes asked for screenshot, why did she asked i dont know? And then it started showing pending and they said it will take 20days for delivey and we dont have the product
How can they say this when i purchased a buy now product that to quikr assured

I have booked RTO service for transfer my car registration from quikr and paid service charge to them..After paying they started demanding more money for various services which was not mentioned before paying service charge any where..I immediately asked them to cancel my request and refund my money but no reply from them..I have mailed them so many times..there helpline number of RTO ie.[protected] is either ringing or busy..nobody receiving call at all even they cutting the phone intentionally . nor replying on mail..almost 6 months passed but still they have not returned my money...when i call to there customer care they give above rto number and says to coordinate with that number only..useless peoples..no any courtesy to reply to customer..I have used other services of quikr but now i feel RTO service is biggest fraud from quikr

I gave add in quikr they charge me Rs 6000/+18% =Rs 7000/- for 60 leads 3 months
the sales executive Mr. Shanoor shaikh gave me commitment that all leads that they send will be of my scope of work which is alumium sound proof windows door partition manufacture and within Mumbai after making payment, after few days they call me up confirm that payment received and also confirm about my plan has been activated about a week .
then on 28/11/2018 I received of mr... when i call up the person was searching for a job or job consultancy when i reported @ [protected]@quikr.com i get first mail that your that your your lead was refunded then second mail that it was genuine this after this there all total 10 in this ten leaving who need window 3X2 ft but when i call him later person didnt pick my call we completely out of scope of my work one form painter to weilder to pumper to civil get all such inquire about my last inquire 9 and 10 was of some mr KB he had rusted table he need some to paint it even thou i had put is as irrelevant and raised complaint they again mailed me that lead is genuine and resend me AND ON EACH LEAD THEY CHARGE Rs 100 ON TOP OF THAT THEY SEND FAKE LEAD OR IRRELEVANT JUST to suck up your payment this is complete unethical business practices followed by quikr

I had paid 2300 rupees to Quikr on Oct 15th, 2018 and opted for an RTO service from them. I was told that I will get NOC from Bengaluru for my two wheeler in 20-30 days. For the same reason, I have handed over my original bike registration certificate (RC) too. Its been more than 70 days and I haven't got the NOC. Neither I get proper communication from their team nor any update on when I will be getting my documents. No response from them even after openly warning them that I will file a complaint if I don't get any response. I am in Mumbai now struggling to use my two wheeler without the documents.

If you are willing to post a premium ad in quikr please read this before you do. Quikr is such a fradulant company.

I posted an ad in quikr to sell my gaming pc for. 110000 then made it as premium ad by paying 500rs. Then i started to get calls from quikr representatives one by one.
1st representative called me and told ad credits are beneficial for me using that i can post ad in multiple location as a premium ad. I thought it would be beneficial for me, so bought some credits by paying 3500

Then 2nd representative (Amol dalvi) called me and told if i only pay 4000 more my ad will go live also if i don't pay i will face gst shipping consequences and all. He was giving so many false promises like quikr will take care o[censored]r product and will try to sell that within a week. He didn't even gave time to think he was continuously calling me and convinced me to make my payment somehow. Then after two days i wanted to post some photos in my ad but i didn't see my ad live. I called him to query about that and told i want to post some pics of my product. He asked me 500 for each photos i want to post. What? 500 for each photos? Even larger file hosting services won't cost u that much. Then only i realized i am getting cheated then called customer care and queries about their services. They told there is no such premium service provided by quikr.

Then i raised a ticket about the same through customer care by asking refund of my payment. Customer care guys spoke to me nice and heard all my problems and also agreed this is a mistake from their side. But i didn't know quikr is a fraud company as a whole. I didn't get any reply from them after that.

Then after 10 days one of them called me and told. Money cannot be refunded instead they were ready to give premium ad services for free. I didn't accept i only wanted refund. Then that irresponsible guy told ok do what you can do but if one of my senior call you back tell them your query is resolved. I told him what why i have to say that without getting answer. He told it's not a problem even if you are not telling the same then disconnected the call.

This what we can expect for the money we can pay? It has been a month since i got a last call from them. I didn't get any response to my ads also my money not refunded. My ads are just floating around the quikr site. No progress in that one as well. At least if i was able to sell my product i would have convinced.

I came here to fill a complaint then noticed many o[censored]s had same kind of problems. This is bug fradulant company i have ever seen under the cover of best customer centric company. This company should answer for all these.
