[Resolved]  Quikr — no refund after repeated reminders and request

Below is email messages with Quikr from 23.2.2018. Till today- 17.4.2018, no refund is done. When asked to clarify and to refund my ordered item many times, they replied with the same excuse but with no refund till today 17.4.2018.

I will never approach again this fake Quikr to buy anything.

23.2.2018 from Quikr.

With regards to your query, sorry to inform you that since there is out of stock near the seller for mention model.We are unable to dispatch the order and order has been cancelled.
We regret the Inconvenience caused, and we request you to place an order for different Model or please place same order some time.
We will process for refund and it will be initiated shortly.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and co operation in this regard.

13.3.2018 from me.
Till today, neither the ordered item is delivered to me nor refund is done while you mentioned in your mail on 23 Feb 2018 that refund will be processed very soon due to out of stock of my ordered item. If refund has been done from your end, can you tell me the refunded transaction no with date?.
I checked my bank account every day but not found any refunded money Rs 6607 which i paid by netbanking through SBI for my ordered item and received order confirmation mail.
What kind of service quality you are providing to your online customers. I am paying serious attention in this matter if not solved soon.
