[Resolved] Quikr — non delivery of product sofa | |||
I placed an order on 16 mar for a sofa costing rs 7700 using bajaj finserv. Simmerpreet from quikr confirmed payment received. She told me that sofa will come doorstep within 5days today it is sixth day but neither sofa has arrived nor any response from quikr.. I think this is cheating. If quikr is not capable of providing service it should be taken to consumer court forum. Was this information helpful? | |||
