[Resolved] Quikr — not provided the validity of premium ad package what promised | |
Below is great example of pathetic support from quikr and cheating by team quikr. I took quikr package of 500 ads pack under education & training category (Pack id : qkrall439770cre). I got promise by sales girl renuka r (Renuka. [protected]@quikr.co.in) validity of pack will be 2 years. After paying the amount and activation, found pack validity is just 6 months. There is no response from quikr after several followup. I requested them either to change the validity or refund my amount User id : irfan. Pp. [protected]@gmail.com First escalation on april 24 — Sent mail to renuka and called her phone : no response Second followup on april 25 — Sent mail to komal. [protected]@quikr.co.in, pushpalatha. [protected]@quikr.co.in, navita. [protected]@quikr.com and no response This is second followup mail. I want to know why my pack is showing validity of 6months instead of 2 years? Please change the validity. If you are not able to change, please let me know the escalation contact. I clearly told before renewing the pack, i need 2 years validity. You can see my last pack was also for 2 years, even i was able to use only 397 ads of total 500 ads. So i can't afford for 6 months.
