Quikr — not refunding for poor service and not responding

I am financial advisor took while paid premium services for my insurance and investment business for all mumbai location.. Paid for same in last month but after that i didn't get relevant lead as quilt promise to serve... Leads which they are proving are irrelevant and fraud company... I complaint to sales representative mr. Kapil pathak and kailash raut but they are giving response... Not attending calls. Or giving stupid answers...
They wasting my time and money too.
I called other premium member of quikr like me they also had worst experience from while
I think it's a fraud company
