On 18.06.2019, i applied for ad id:[protected] [protected]@home. Mr. Mohit (Contact no: [protected]) was the main person to whom i had a conversation regarding futher process. He told me to make a payment for the software amounting rs. 660 and rs. 320 against the same. After successful payment, he told me to wait for further registration. Even after 02 days, i didn't received any feedback. So i decided to cancel the process and called him for refund to which he told me that i will have to rs. 220 extra for cancellation and refund, i made that payment also. Till date, i have not received my refund. Mr. Mohit is not responding my calls.
Requesting you to please help me to get the refund asap.
I'm herewith attaching our conversation for more details.

In the same manner, i have also complained online to mumbai police.

    Dear friends
    I am financial advisor, i took quikr premium membership for my insurance and investment business. I paid for 9440 as quikr promise to serve leads for my business but i didn't get relevant leads.. Or customer not accepting calls
    It's a worst experience, quikr says we are verifying customer before sending to you but it is not true. Wasting my time and money. When i called to my sales representative he is not attending calls any giving me stupid answers like i am busy, not in town, and i am on leave etc.. While taking money he called me thousands of time.

    Getting a fake calls via quikr... Not getting any lead but getting calls from fraud company from subscription for same services ... They can found contact no. From quikr...And quikr provides this fraud calls as leads...
    This is frustrating me.. kapil Phatak who is middleman an sales representative not attending calls or simply ignoring me...Is this way quikr doing business

      not refunding for poor service and not responding

Paid for same in last month but after that i didn't get relevant lead as quilt promise to serve... Leads which they are proving are irrelevant and fraud company...       Hi i brought a phone from someone called kk concept from the quikr app.. They asked me to pay the amount of ₹12000 first but then they did not send me the phones. They have blocked my number on whatsapp. The number is[protected] and it is only available on whatsapp. They told me that i will get my refund on mon.8. July.2019. Please check the refund status for me and nobody is responding to my calls. I called the customer support of quikr and they denied to help me with this. They told that they are not responsible for the advertisement being fraud.

        Quikr has not refunded money after 7 months. If they cannot refund Rs 3500, I think they are just bankrupt. Better to accept it and shut shop.

        I raised two complaints earlier on 16-Apr and 12-Jun. Both of them Quikr said they have closed saying it's resolved. They just give some fake stauts and mark complaint as resolved.

        No one from Quikr has called me to refund the money. I was earlier thinking Quikr RTO is the only fraud company. Now, I think entire Quikr is fraud. Quikr RTO services is stil active. Their customer call number[protected] is not manned. The call goes to an automatic voice machine.

        My email address registered with Quikr is [protected]@gmail.com. You can trace my mobile number through this email address.

        I had engaged Quikr RTO on 31-Dec-2018 for an RC transfer. I paid the service charge of Rs 3500 on 2-Jan-2019 and provided the documents to Quikr.

        Thankfully, I happened to look at reviews on Quikr RTO and found that there were horror experiences. I asked for a return of documents the very next day. I also asked for a refund.

        Since this was immediate next day before RTO open time, Quikr RTO guys couldn't say anything. They returned the documents to me. That was the good part. Imagine my plight if the documents had been left with these crooks.

        I have been following up from 22-Jan for a refund of money. They keep saying amount will come by next week. It's more than 6 months and they have still not refunded the money. They keep giving reasons that their payment department needs to process. In this world o[censored]PI and Paytm, this reason is ridiculous. Even Government PSUs are far better than this.

        Their phone number is not reachable if I try from my mobile. If I try from another number, they pick up immediately.

        I want Quikr RTO to refund the money along with 12% interest and a compensation for causing me hassle.

        I made another complaint but they closed it saying it's resolved.

          My amount got deducted from quikr wallet, total of 1977/-, but i don't see any payment done for the ad[protected] please check and revert back. Very urgent issue. This is the second time i'm facing issue with quikr. First seller cheated me, now payment issue, attached payment screenshot, please solve it urgently. I'm loosing confidence on quikr. This payment is in my wallet and tried paying for other product, but amount got deducted and not showing any paid status. Please solve it soon

            I had given my bike for packers and movers to send it to bangalore. It was agreed that it would be sentvin 4 days however this super cargo packers and movers from pune nigidi have not shipped it for one week and we're giving fake promises that it is in bangalore. Finally working my way through quickr on a daily basis by escalating it it was delivered after 12 days that too as it was a door drop but the dilivery guy rode the bike and gave it at my place without our permission and also gave a damaged vehicle with scratches all around. Also there were mirrors missing which is worth 1000k. I again raised this issue with quickr as they suggested the names of the packers and movers but the packers and movers gave false promises of saying it will be delivered at my door step. Also these few days they have switched off the mobiles which is the bill also they have no escalation matrix points as it is done by some locals without knowledge with a small warehouse. They even ignore the calls from quickr. I have dropped several messages were they don't respond.

            I need this resolved i want my mirrors and the compensation for it. It's been 4weeks and i had spent money to install the new mirrors and service the vehicle. They also have taken money of 4k from me for the service which is not even worth it. They are looting people.

              I put an ad in quikr on 30th june to sell ceragem master rl1 bed for sale which is not being used at my home. Immediately i got a call from quikr (Agent name : meenakshi choudhary) that if i can make it premium by paying rs 2000 on that same call itself, then it can be sold faster.in case nobody buys, their dealer will buy it. I paid through the link they sent me. The agent said ad will be active within 24 hrs. 72 hrs passed they didn't do anything. I kept on calling everyday. Most of the time she didn't pick up my call. When i called on wednesday again she said she will do it. Then i came to know on 4th july that as per their policy they can't list this product ceragem for sale so they kept on deleting the ad. The agent lied to me to sale the premium ad service. When we spoke with meenakshi she is now telling that she is new on the floor and she did not knew about this update. Now she says she didn't know about this policy. We want our rs 2000 back immediately. You have the policy to take money from us and do nothing. But you do not have policy to refund back us our money. I have recorded the agents details where she accepts her mistake too. She is not ready to refund the money as well. I have attached the invoice also. Please help me out for this refund as the company made false promises to sell their product.

                Person from quikr came to me and told me they good leads for stock market, they told i will get 10-20 leads per day but it was false and i stopped their services but after some time they came back telling that we will officially give you on mail that if your new plan will recover your money then we will refund whole amount, now there is no reply from their side

                    I have order a laptop on quikr on 20th june 2019. Ad id was[protected] and i have cancel the order on 26th june 2019. And now its 5th july 2019 till now i didn't got the amount in my bank account. I got the message from quikr (Ad[protected]: the seller didn't respond to all our calls. Not to worry - we're going to refund your rs 4300. The refund usually takes 4-7 business days. Call us at[protected] mon-sun (9 am-9 pm) with any questions.) (We have initiated refund of rs.4300.00 from your quikr cash balance to your source account. You will receive in payments in 4-7 days.) they have send me messages but now its 5th july 2019 i didn't got the money in my account and when i call them they say there was a technical problem we will initiate your amount in 36 hours.. Then again i call them they still say technical problem plz wait for 36 hours... Every time i call i got this answer. I have all the recordings of all the calls. I want my money the worst experience i have got ever... I will never use quikr..

                      Today i got a call from shreya tell that my cv has been shortlisted for HDFC BANK back office. They asked me to send 2000/ within 2 hours. They said it will be refunded after 24 hrs.They called me numerous times befor i transfered the cash. After i did they did not even aswer my call and when they did they hung up and later spoke with the HR.Rahul he asked me to wait till i get conformation message. I am a student with very less to earn doing part time and its hard for me to get money for myself. So please make me get my money back. Im really frausted.

                        Quikr employ with mobile numbers ([protected]; [protected]; [protected]) approached me and gave me a lucrative offer for selling my bike within a month. He called me on may 28th and told to pay 3000 inr and told if he is unable to sell the bike within a month my money will be reimbursed. Ad details: "2016 harley davidson street 750 - 8, 000 kms driven in chandigarh airport" (Ad id:[protected]. It has been more than a month, he has stopped picking up the phone and not reimbursing my money. He did not follow up with anyone for selling my bike. He made false commitments while telling about the quikr services. There has been 0 assistance from their side. I request you to please intervene in this case and help me to get my money back.

                          I used quickr rto services to get duplicate rc for my bike and also for hypothecation removal for my car.

                          I provided my original documents to quickr team on 14th march 2019. The responded me and mentioned the work will be done in 25-30 working days.

                          Its more than 3 months now and they are just stalling me. I do not have my original car rc and other original documents.

                          I have paid the full amount as per the process.

                              Buyer didnt accepted my fridge since it was delivered by quikr doorstep delivery team in a very bad condition on 30th june with full of scratches and deep cut marks in exterior body. Same i have mentioned on the delivery note and refused to return back the fridge and quikr team has taken it back with them.
                              I need to know what action can be taken and who can help.

                                I ordered a product(prize 9880) and seller cancelled that( ad ID[protected] . The same day (15/6/2019) requested for refund and got a message. As per the message I waited 7 days but nothing happened. After that I contacted customer care they said refund initiated in 21/6/2019 also he said it will take another 7 days . And today is last day .till now I don't get refund(8:30 pm). totally it been 19 days now. I feel terrible with this service. totally disappointed .I think I made 8 message 6 calls for this, if we contact them. they will always say refund is initiated but till now refund is not credited to my account . simply waste of time and I can't spend no more time for this.so pls give me back my money

                                  Never in my lifetime i will choose quikr again! Last two order followed by pathetic customer service made me have enough. I cancelled my order 10580306 by 14 june. It’s not yet refunded and now bank is charging emi for same. When i called customer service now they say it will solved in another 7 days! Who is going to pay bank charges for your pathetic support and negligence! Arrange to refund including interest rate! So long with your customer experience! I can’t find words to define it! So pathetic and you won’t survive long if there is no course correction made.

                                    December 17th 2018 i opted the service for fc and ownership transfer for 2-wheeler. Till last month their answer is that "we are in a process of getting the appointment". From last month they are in the process of refund.

                                    Initially agreed that it will be done in 40 days max. Now they say, it cant be done. Hence started refund process.

                                    I have tried to reach them not less than 400 times, but no use.

                                    Now its more than a month, they are still doing the refund process.

                                    Original documents and money which i paid is still the team. (Unresponsive team)

                                    Result : i have paid more than 1800 rs as fine in-between to rto. Then this 8months fine i should be paying : (6000+1800+2400) is that total loss for me.

                                      I had purchased refurbished phone from quikr supposed to be in excellent condition. But i received below average mobile phone with complaints on speaker volume and function. Also physical condition doesn’t define the term excellent. I raised complaint through [protected]@quikr.com. They accepted my complaint is genuine and assured my phone will be replaced and ordered replacement on my behalf. But when i received replacement, it was exact same device what i had received initially with exact same issues without fixed. Now customer care won’t reply to my emails from last 3-4 days! Take your phone back and refund my amount!
