I've applied for driving license through quikr rto service on 24th april 2019. Quikr team failed to initiate even my application and after many followup ive understood they are not even capable of delivering such services. So ive requested to cancel my request and refund, after many mail exchanges quickr team agreed to refund and took my bank detail.
On 16th may 2019 ive shared my bank detail to agent/email id given to me "pramod. [protected]@quikr.co.in" & "puviyarasan. [protected]@quikr.co.in" again no reply and after multiple followup they stopped responding.

This is very clear that quikr team want to make money by cheating people. Please help in getting refund.

        I have ordered a sofa set on quikr through doorstep delivery till now i haven't received my order and there is no update till when will i get my delivery.
        Earlier i was told that the delivery will be by 7th july, then it got postponed to 11th july, and today at morning i received a call that i will get my delivery by 2pm and now at 5pm they are calling and saying that their vehicle is broken and can't deliver today. If they cant deliver it today then please refund my all money as i cant trust quikr now onwards.

          I asked for NOC and submitted the document to Quikr on 21st of March 2019. Its been 4 months and there is no response from Quikr. The VCH no: KA53EN8156. RTO: KR Puram Bangalore. My phone: [protected]. The concerned persons are from Quikr Bangalore are Pramod Ramitha, Amogh, Renuka and Nawazulla Khan. Quikr doesn't have any phone number. However I have email of the concerned person and those are

            I did the work of 1st book with everything done, drawn the borders on all the 4 sides, drawn the double line on the sheet when the novel page is completed, written the author name and novel name on every page without missing anything.
            And when i talked to them very first time and also on that day after the payment of registration fees they told that there is project of handwriting and typing work, then i asked them what will be the payment at that time they said rs.150/-page
            I think that there are not a lot of mistakes in that project and i have done the work sincerely with best efforts and spended a lot of time and extra sheets in that.
            And even if i did a mistake due to any reason at the end of that pg, i changed it at that very moment and i checked every single page after completing it.
            So atleast they should give me the money according to the number of pages that are right and it should not be rejected like this that we are not giving you any payment or else atleast they should give me the registration fees (1200)..
            The whole project (125-130pages) is rejected and also no, not even a single amount is given back, according to the number of pages i. E. 1page=rs.150
            Company is fake, taking the money and giving the work that also reached late by courier and after that not considering anything and the project is rejected.
            And also when i call them, everytime either it is unreachable or it is busy or the number is not connected, i dont know why everytime it is like this... And they pick a call after 4-5 calls received.

              I opted for quikr rto service for ownership transfer of a vehicle on 29th Nov 2018. Even after 8 months they were not able to fulfill the required service hence i requested a refund and return of documents. I have received the documents back but they have not refund the money yet. There is no proper response via email and phone calls either. The support staff Ramitha always disconnects the phone call and gives false commitment.

              I would like to raise this concern here and hope to receive a possible solution before reaching out to consumer court for a refund and requesting a penalty to be imposed on quikr rto service.

              You guys collect the money and make the customer run behind for the service. Can you please recall when I came to your office ? You said within week of time closure date will be shared. It never happened.

                I'm complaing against the companies who are making money in the name of the part time job, on 3rd july i did the payment 1100rs as the fee for the part time job, the employee in the company said after 10 mins you will receive the admission letter, but itz 3 days i haven't received the letter of joining,, before payment employee called again and again to pay the fees,, as i knew now i called to refund the money, but she's not responding,, i request u to look into the matter and take action against them,,,

                  It a fraudulent message since i have never ever used quikr in my whole life, and it is a mental harassment to receive a message like this.
                  Please take stringent action against such companies.

                    Hi my name is abhijit, currently a manager at big bazar and a human rights activist. I came from darjeeling. In the month of dec i randomly choose to do a dataentry job. It took me more than 15 days 7 hrs a day to complete 1500 entries. They had promised to give me around 8k but after that they wrote to me saying you couldnt maintain min margin of 90% and now they said i ll be getting legal notice and to solve the issue i need to pay 35000 immediately. The caller says he is a lawer and says consicuences will be bad if i fail to act immediately. [protected] is the no i got the call. Guidance needed. Is it a legitimate one.
                    This company is trying to be genuine.
                    But the given number for whats app pr call no body is responding nor they are responsible to respond back.
                    I dropped a mail for support/assistance no response.
                    They are trying to cheat.
                    Canny workers private limited not genuine company this is also a type of scam

                      I made a transaction on quikr which the seller cancelled the transaction after i paid an amount of Rs.10499 for an iphone 6s 64GB (Ad id[protected] and transaction id[protected]. They said that the refund was initiated on[protected]. Since then i've been calling the quikr team for an update about the refund and they usually says that it will take 5-7 business days for the amount to get reflected in my account but after 7 days passed i've called them again as the refund wasn't credited in my account till then, so they've told me that there was some technical issue with the bank and told me told wait for another 5-7 more days. However, the amount has not been credited in my account till today. The refund initiated transaction id is[protected]. It's sad to know that quikr being a big and old company can't solve a simple issue within a short period of time and took so many days. I request consumer complaints team to help me resolve my issue as soon as possible and get back my money amounting Rs.10499. Thank you.

                      Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible. More than 18 days passed and I'm still waiting for my refund. It's not supposed to take this much of days for a refund. Disappointed actually!

                        I tried selling my furnitures in quickr free platform. 1 hr after i finished updating the ad, miss isha from cs team called me and told me about this awesome 3000ish premium ad service and almost got me in.

                        Indecisive weather i would buy it or not she calls me time and again and convinces me to buy service of 999 and made great false promise to me that my items will be sold in no time.

                        1. She said she will optimize my ad for search engine rankings.
                        -she did not! She only put urgent on the title of each page.
                        2. She will optimize my ad for different nearby cities and will place ads at the top of search results for all 10 cities.
                        -i couldn't find my ads in google incognito mode. The search optimization and algorithm sucks in quickr. I receieved no calls or messages from buyers for 6 days. (I found olx way better in terms of buyer contact)
                        3. My furnitures will be sold within 2 weeks i won't have to worry at all and doorstep will take care of everything.
                        That didn't happen at all.

                        I requested to opt out of service in the 6th day after this. I have been trying to reach their customer care but there's no luck at all! My ad support isha has not blocked my number/forwarded the call.

                        There is a ticket raised qps client refund request [#865056] but i have no response.

                          Quikr doesn't refunding my money which i have paid for axis bank job. The amount is 4600 rupees. I have complainant to the complainant board and their representative and quikr center collect my all account details. But after saying that i have got my money in two days, i have not received any money till now. They collect my account details more than 10 days ago. If the consumer complaints can help me then provide my refunding money.

                            Hi this is jagan, i have seen addverisement on quickr on sony led tv 43inches 4k android tv for 20k. Initally they have asked me to pay 7k and balance after delivery. I paid 7k and on the next day they told they couldn't ship the tv with partial amount due to recent customs regulations and they asked me to pay balance 13k and i also paid 13k. Even after that they were saying tv reached chennai airport and again they have asked to pay 7300 to clear customs chennai. Then i have realized they are cheated me.

                              This is 7th complaint I'm giving.. already many complaints on rc transfer for my bike which was initiated on 8th jan. They were following till I made 3000 payment.. Now ramitha CR, iliyas pasha, pramod kumar, renuka prasad, nawaz ullah khan are just not responding on the same...

                              Did not hear anything from quickr team... Can I have any update on the same as it's been more than 7 month running n still these guys doesn't reply and have my all documents n the amount... Either they should update or return my docs and amounts with interest.. Really pathetic service

                                On 18.06.2019, i applied for ad id:[protected] [protected]@home. Mr. Mohit (Contact no: [protected]) was the main person to whom i had a conversation regarding futher process. He told me to make a payment for the software amounting rs. 660 and rs. 320 against the same. After successful payment, he told me to wait for further registration. Even after 02 days, i didn't received any feedback. So i decided to cancel the process and called him for refund to which he told me that i will have to rs. 220 extra for cancellation and refund, i made that payment also. Till date, i have not received my refund. Mr. Mohit is not responding my calls.
                                Requesting you to please help me to get the refund asap.
                                I'm herewith attaching our conversation for more details.

                                In the same manner, i have also complained online to mumbai police.

                                  I am financial advisor, i took quikr premium membership for my insurance and investment business. I paid for 9440 as quikr promise to serve leads for my business but i didn't get relevant leads.. Or customer not accepting calls
                                  It's a worst experience, quikr says we are verifying customer before sending to you but it is not true. Wasting my time and money. When i called to my sales representative he is not attending calls any giving me stupid answers like i am busy, not in town, and i am on leave etc.. While taking money he called me thousands of time.

                                    Hi i brought a phone from someone called kk concept from the quikr app.. They asked me to pay the amount of ₹12000 first but then they did not send me the phones. They have blocked my number on whatsapp. The number is[protected] and it is only available on whatsapp. They told me that i will get my refund on mon.8. July.2019. Please check the refund status for me and nobody is responding to my calls. I called the customer support of quikr and they denied to help me with this. They told that they are not responsible for the advertisement being fraud.

                                      Quikr has not refunded money after 7 months. If they cannot refund Rs 3500, I think they are just bankrupt. Better to accept it and shut shop.

                                      I raised two complaints earlier on 16-Apr and 12-Jun. Both of them Quikr said they have closed saying it's resolved. They just give some fake stauts and mark complaint as resolved.

                                      No one from Quikr has called me to refund the money. I was earlier thinking Quikr RTO is the only fraud company. Now, I think entire Quikr is fraud. Quikr RTO services is stil active. Their customer call number[protected] is not manned. The call goes to an automatic voice machine.

                                      My email address registered with Quikr is [protected]@gmail.com. You can trace my mobile number through this email address.

                                      I had engaged Quikr RTO on 31-Dec-2018 for an RC transfer. I paid the service charge of Rs 3500 on 2-Jan-2019 and provided the documents to Quikr.

                                      Thankfully, I happened to look at reviews on Quikr RTO and found that there were horror experiences. I asked for a return of documents the very next day. I also asked for a refund.

                                      Since this was immediate next day before RTO open time, Quikr RTO guys couldn't say anything. They returned the documents to me. That was the good part. Imagine my plight if the documents had been left with these crooks.

                                      I have been following up from 22-Jan for a refund of money. They keep saying amount will come by next week. It's more than 6 months and they have still not refunded the money. They keep giving reasons that their payment department needs to process. In this world o[censored]PI and Paytm, this reason is ridiculous. Even Government PSUs are far better than this.

                                      Their phone number is not reachable if I try from my mobile. If I try from another number, they pick up immediately.

                                      I want Quikr RTO to refund the money along with 12% interest and a compensation for causing me hassle.

                                      I made another complaint but they closed it saying it's resolved.

Very urgent issue. This is the second time i'm facing issue with quikr. First seller cheated me, now payment issue, attached payment screenshot, please solve it urgently. I'm loosing confidence on quikr. This payment is in my wallet and tried paying for other product, but amount got deducted and not showing any paid status. Please solve it soon
