[Resolved] Quikr — online marketing service not provided after receiving payment | |||
Mr.Surya Garya, Sr.Key Account Manager of Quikr Easy, Hyderabad visited us on 25.05.2019 and promised me to provide market leads for my Residential Interior Design Business and promised to provide 8MB banner of my business on their website. I paid Rs.15000.00 through online payment through my bank account. He provided contract cum receipt no: QEZ33639 DT 25.05.2019. Online Payment Id pay_CZl2K1DhsOiSWE dated 25052019. After that their verification team called me asked my conformation that Quikr team can provide leads for Commercial as well as Residential Interior Design works. I strongly denied that I did not asked for leads for Commercial works as we do not provide that service. Further they informed me my proposal was rejected as my request is contradicting their team feeding. I asked them to return my payment as you could not serve my purpose. Till Now Quikr team never contacted me. I called them asked many times and written mails and request to return the payment made by me. Quikr team and Sr Key Account Manager Mr.Surya Garya (Phno: [protected], surya.[protected]@quikr.co.in) do not responding positively. Jul 19, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Quikr Selling visited our showroom and promised to provide marketing leads of my business of Interior Designing at Gachibowli, Hyderabad. I paid Rs.15000.00 and they provided me a receipt with number 33639 dated 25.05.2019. After that Quikr team called me told me that my proposal is rejected as they cannot provide my specific business of Residential Interior Designing. I called Quikr Marketing Team headed by Mr.Surya Garya, Sr Key Account Manager, Hyderabad to return my payment as they could not serve me. Till now there is no proper response from quikr. They always reply saying your complaint is in process and you will get leads soon. But there is no communication from marketing team or any team and they never visited my showroom to update the services of Quikr. My earlier complaint status is changed to resolved but It is not yet resolved. Quikr customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
