[Resolved] Quikr — Order id =10146562 product delivered to wrong address | |||||
Order id =10146562 Delhivery tracking: awb[protected] As per delhivery tracking, the iphone was delivered to some address in jayanagar with a different name. They asked me to contact quikr. But quikr customer care number is of no use. Always busy. I have the confirmation email from quikr showing the correct address and name. Please provide resolution. Apr 21, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Quikr rep called me after submitting contact us form on their website. Looks like it is part of the process, that for any exchanges, the phone will be delivered to a manager, who will deliver it to the customer.
Update: 21/4/2016
