[Resolved] Quikr — Order oneplus one 64gb but get 16gb version. | |||||
My name is mohd dilshad saifi.I have ordered on 28april as unboxed oneplus one 64gb variant from quicker x by cash on delivery and get delivery on 02/05/2016 by paid 11, 516rs after get delivery open box which was mentioned as 64gb variant but inner box mentioned16gb, then at same day i gave request to return the product after returning request, person from quickr taken mobile from me on 08/05/2016 and gave me a return pickup sheet with AWB:QkR0000470.Till now i have not get back my mobile. Sir mujhe aaj 40din se bhi zyada ho gye hain mene mobile order kiya tha oneplus one 64gb quickr x but mere pas galat mobile aagya..
Isliye mene use return kr diya..par return k din k baad se mjhe na to mobile mila h aur na hi mere rupye...
Mene abhi customer care baat ki hai to madam ne kaha hai ki apke pass account details send kr dun..
Mene apke pass aacount detail send kr di hain..
Sir mere rupye jald se jald refund krane ka kasht kre...
