Quikr — Paid for order, no calls or response till now to seller or buyer | |||||
I made a payment of inr 8000/- for the item (Ad id[protected] & transaction id [protected]) on 13th april 2016 afternoon, then received an sms from quikr that i will get a call back within 24 hrs to schedule delivery. But no call came, so eventually i followed up & got a delivery support number & email. Sent them emails ([protected]@quikr.com, [protected]@delhivery.com) & called quikr delivery support several times at[protected], so far neither they called me or seller to schedule deliveries only get new assurances from customer support but no action. This is happening for second time where they will delay deliveries purposely making client frustrate to cancel order and then refund comes after 7 working days, till the time they enjoy interests on such payments made. I told them that i will file a complaint in consumer forum if they don't address it but yet no action. Was this information helpful? | |||||
