[Resolved] Quikr — Pathetic and Unethical behaviour | |||||
I ordered a refurbished One plus X from Quikr with OrderID: 272702 and payment through credit card.It was delivered on date 15.07.16(Friday). It was written that refurbished phones can be replaced within 7 days i[censored] have any issues (Snapshot is attached). I got this product with a sharp dent on upper corner of phone. I mailed them on regarding issue then they told me that this product can not be replaced because it is refurbished, we only replace UnBoxed phone. Omg..!! What is this .Its like i cant replace what so ever u have delivered me within that box...so funny. I really want this phone replaced or return money back. Was this information helpful? | |||||
