[Resolved]  Quikr — Payment conveyance amount not informed at the time of sale by quikr

Hi,

We had sold 2 products over quikr this weekend and at the time of sale the buyer paid using quikr, the message received by seller was " the buyer has payed 4000 for your godrej fridge and the amount will be credited once the delivery is done. Please enter your bank details".

On delivery being done, the amount credited was not what was payed by the buyer it was reduced and we received an email stating conveyance has been reduced and 3761 is credited. The same happened to both products with no prior information, only info we received was after the shipment got delivered to the customer.

On calling the customer care, we got the below answers

Nandini (customer care level 1) : You saw this issue is because your invoice was not generated at the time of sale.You go directly check with the buyer to get your money, we cant do anything.

Punith ( customer care level 2 supervisor) : This is a new feature in quikr, you did not receive the message as this was not introduced, we cannot do anything once the product is sold.

We have lost 600rs by selling 2 products on quikr and we were not even informed by a message or email by quickr until the product was delivered. Th e customer care is giving us very arrogant answers and we are in a total helpless state.

NOTE : the buyer paid 4340 and quikr charged 340 from buyer for conveyance and sent message to seller 4000 will be credited and at the time of delivery being done we receive message stating conveyance deducted and reduced amount has been credited.

We sold our product with the assumption we are being payed this much amount ( and charged very minimal for a high priced product and finally once everything is done without information quikr reduced money).

Resolution / help needed : Pay us back the conveyance which was charged, or give us back the product we sold.
