[Resolved]  Quikr — Payment not received from quikr for the item i sold

I have sold 4 product on Quikr (Ad ID :[protected]:[protected];[protected];[protected], From all the 4 transaction i have received payment only for 3. Quikr said they have done the payment for all the 4 items. But i have showed them my bank statement and payment is received only for 3. Sent several proof to Quikr email id ([protected]@quikr.com)and called more than 50 times but yet no response.They are not updating any status. Tired of it. Please help me to escalate this further.
