[Resolved] Quikr — Premium ad created 2 weeks after payment made

Hi, My mail id is shyam.[protected]@gmail.com. I wanted to make an ad premium in quikr and I made the payment on 26 july 2014. The transaction failed on that particular day and I waited for a refund. I even sent a mail to them asking them to refund the money. But I got a mail on Aug-8 saying my ad has been made premium. I ad was made premuim after 10 days of payment and the product has already been sold by me. There is no use of making the ad premium. i have sent a mail again to them explaining the situation but nobody has cared to reply to my mail. The ad id is[protected]. I have attached the relecant docs with this complaint. Please refund my money!

Updated by Shyam_r007 I got a call from quikr today and they have promised a refund within 10 days. Hence I am withdrawing my complaint.

@Quickr: Did you even read my post properly! I said I had sent a mail already to [protected]@quikr.com and I did not get any proper response. I have clearly shown that in the attached image as well. This shows how pathetic your service is!
