Quikr — Product not delivered and customer care has no idea where is the product | |||||
This is with regards to ad id :[protected], its for a nokia 9300i that i bought used from quikr, i made a payment of rs2401/- on 6th may, 2016. I got a call on 8th may that product cannot be delivered on 8th and it will be delivered on 11th may. After the product was not delivered on 11th, i called the seller and he said that the product was picked up on 12 may 2016 by quikr. Ince then i have been contacting customer care and scheduling team, i have been promised callback in 5 mins and 1 min but no one called back. No one knows if the product is picked up and if its picked up where is the product. Please help me out in getting the product, i would like to receive the product rather than getting refund. Ad id on quikr[protected] is a fraud.. I provided him payment but refused to deliver product. He deceived me. Plz help
