[Resolved] Quikr — Product not delivered but status message received of delivered | |||||
Pathetic customer service. My product is not delivered but as per quickr doorstep msg, product is already delivered. Customer service confirmed it's their fault and issue will resolve. But no response even after follow up. Fake commitments. My product id is[protected]. Very poor service and bad experience with company. Numerous follow up done but issue unresolved as if they don't care at all Was this information helpful? | |||||

A payment of Rs 2016 was made for the above ad through paytm wallet. At first instance, a error msg occurred. On the second try payment was successfully made. However, 2016 rs has been deducted twice. Screenshots of paytm wallet and transaction id is attached herewith. Same may please be refunded at the earliest.
