[Resolved] Quikr — product not getting delivered. | |||
I had ordered a portable wardrobe on quikr on 5th august giving them 3514 /- online payment. This was bought from a seller named [protected]@gmail.com. He/she confirms that the item was picked up on august 9th 2019. As dispatch was created for me on 10th august and nothing got delivered. It was again rescheduled for august 14 th, nobody even called me for delivery. Again a delivery was scheduled for 20th august, still nobody called me. They dont have a proper customer service and by so much of difficulty if i reach customer service, they day that they dont have any contact with the customer.
