[Resolved] Quikr — Quikr cancelled paid orders without intimation. | |||||
Pending issues - Ad id[protected]payment on 24 jun 16) And Ad id[protected]payment on 28 jun 16) Refer to my previous complaints. these are still unsolved. Social media representative ms shweta called me and asked me to provide an ad id which against which a delivery was made successfully. for this she told that she will call back later, but after two days she has not called back and quikr still continues taking benefit of my hardly earned money. Here is the ad id which was successfully delivered to my pin code area 562157- [protected] Payment date - 27 jun 16 time 11.54pm Mob of seller - [protected] (mr. jaffer khan) Once the order dated 27 jun 16 can be delivered within two days successfully, how can the order of 24 jun 16 was denied by quikr for non sense reasons of pin code error? What type of business is done by quikr? Whr is the relationship manager ms vinita who posted the ad[protected] and advised me to pay for fast delivery. after getting payment she is out if range tiol now. why she never replied back if such pin code error was found? Why such kind of non sense problems are told to customers only after payments? Cant they inform customer about its loopholes in advance? Who wil answer my questions? Whr is the ceo? is he sleeping with piece? One vegetable seller is far far better than these fellows because they run their business very honestly and not by cheating strategy. If you people are real citizen of india and love your job, you must wake up and stop cheating your customers. Reader of this messge must convey this message to quikr's top management and its ceo mr. piyush. I dont understand what type of iitian he is? If this much education is making people selfish and cheaters, beggers are better than you ppl. I am still waiting for social media team to respond for my two pending orders which are not fulfilled due to pin code error (as said by quikr scheduling team and social media rep ms shweta) Quikr's all teams seem to be non effective. it only supports money making no matter how much a customer suffers financially or mentally. Starting from top management, Its fellows are cheap and cheaters who always try to make people fool. I have already mentioned their names. Niether quikr has delivered the items not it returned my money. I am working hard to earn valuable money but quikr is cheating and indirectly looting its innocent customers who believe on its service.
