[Resolved] Quikr — Quikr cheated me for premium ad service and no response if i call them for which they have charged | |||||
Dear Sir, I have started a premium ad service of Rs. 2000 per month on[protected] from Quikr to collect some calls of persons in category of Services. Details of Transaction: Paid to : CITRUS PAYMENT SOLUTION Amount Paid: INR 2000/- Transaction ID: [protected] Date of Transaction:[protected] I made this payment from following bank details: Bank Name: ICICI Bank Saving Bank Account No:[protected] Quikr, promised me to share my premium ads to their database, but they have not done so. They promised me that they will provide 5-10 calls of customers per day but I have not received a single call from the customers by now under premium ads posted. I have contacted them many times but no response from them. They promised but not did so. I have lost my valuable INR 2000. What should I do now. Pls help me to recover my paid amount.
