[Resolved] Quikr — Quikr not releasing my payment. | |
A must read to all of you to know about Quikr. I sold one Item (AD ID[protected] on Quikr on Sunday, 21 Aug 2016. There was at-least 10 calls and 10 SMS on my mobile until the item was picked from me (obviously the buyer made the payment of INR 750 to Quikr before that). Once the item was picked from me, the excellent service of Quikr started. There was no communication to me that item has been delivered to Buyer and how I will get my payment. Hence I called Quikr Doorstep on Monday, 22 Aug on[protected] to know the next step on me to get the payment. I was asked to email my A/c details to [protected]@quikr.com and to wait for 2-3 business days. But after waiting 2 days as there was no communication that whether Quikr doing anything to release my payment. Hence I called Quikr Doorstep on Wednesday (24-Aug), I was confirmed that Quikr received my e-mail and payment will be released soon and to wait for 2 more days. As there was no response, I called Quikr Doorstep again on Friday (26-Aug) to know the progress. To my surprise, I was told, that A/c details not updated to release the payment. On my request the CC Guy consulted the back end team and assured me that I should get my payment in 2-3 days. Again, no luck. Hence I called on Tuesday (30-Aug) evening. Can anyone of you assume what I was told !!! Sir, you are calling on wrong number (Quikr Doorstep[protected] your product was sold by Quikr RM not by us. So call at [protected]. Anyway there was no other choice, so I called this no., but even trying 10 times no luck, every time the call was getting diverted and after waiting 2-3 mins getting disconnected all the times. So I called Quikr Doorstep again and requested this time to transfer the call to any senior person. I talked to Purshotam John (Floor Manager), he told me same thing, that my product was sold by Quikr RM not by Quikr Doorstep, so I need to call on[protected]. On my request, he promised that he will follow with Quikr RM Team and he agreed that Quikr RM Team is a part of Quikr Doorstep. When I called at[protected], calls getting disconnected just after 2 rings every time. Surprisingly, I got a call back immediately (no delay at all) asking me any help I want to post a ad on Quikr. Simply WOW ! OMG, they were speaking from Ad posting department, not from Quikr RM Team. Hence they are so responsive. On my request, after listening whole story, the guy assured me that he will speak to his seniors regarding my payment. So here are few Questions to Quikr- 1. You people are very responsive to the customers, to pick the product or to get an Ad. After that just forget the customer, because customer is simply a fool and free to have follow up with you people ? 2. To get the payment, how many times one should call and to which department and on which no. Why this was not made clear before collection of my item ? 3. Which department is this RM, why no info about it on http://bangalore.quikr.com/html/contact.php. 4. Should I think that I have been cheated and I should forget my money, as after Googling, I found 100 cases like of mine. Can anyone from any team, connect me to Quikr RM team, as I am not able to reach to them, after my best effort; I really want to speak to them, irrespective of Quikr will give me my hard earned money or not. I will try my level best to reach Mr. Pranay Chulet (Quikr CEO) by FB / Twitter, not to get my payment (I already thought that some thieves have stolen my money), but to convey my message to him, how good / highly qualified / cheater team, he has. Also I will do my level best to educate people about Quikr Service. This is my first experience with Quikr, and it it is really awesome ! Thanks for your time and patience ! Sep 1, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Many thanks "Consumer Complaints" Team. I received phone call from Quikr Grievance Department (Shruthi Bai) assuring me to release my payment.
I just checked my A/c and found that Thieves from Quiker made payment of INR 750 to me. Millions of thanks to you "Consumer Complaints" Team.
