[Resolved] Quikr — quikr premium ad service - quikr cars | |||||
I had posted an ad in quickr a month back. Immediately i got a call from quikr executive and propose me to upgrade it to premium ad with a cost of 2500/- which he promised shall be refunded to my paytm account if my car is not sold via quikr in 30 days time. His contact number is [protected]. The name he told me is irfan. After 2 weeks my ad was removed from premium ad category, after than i had been contacting quickr customer care, with no response. Recently i sent an email to [protected]@quikr.com for my refund as i didnt get the service i was promised. The ticket number is #832534. Its been 5 days, but no one had bothered to call me or respond to my query. I tried calling the guys irfan, but he is denied the refund part and he is asking me to escalate if i want to.
