My name is harsh. I have paid 500 rs in advance to get the b-extract for 2-wheeler at bangalore. After 1 month of advance payment, i still don't have the b-extract. They don't want to refund my money nor they want to give me the b-extract. I kept on calling telecaller person ilyas pasha and nawaz daily but of no help. They have one standard reply "i will come back to you." there is no way to escalate complains in quirk. As a last resort, i am writing a complaint here. — forwarded message — From: ilyas.
