Hello team, I have payed money for getting noc from bangalore rto office, as i have shifted to pune. I have paid 2500rs. On 4/4/18, but till now i did not receive my noc, they have promised to get it done in 20 days but till now i have not received it, neither any updates, nobody is picking the call also on the number which has been provided on email. I bought airtel 4g hotspot through quikr but the ad shows jio sim can work in the hot spot but when i received hotspot jio sim is not working .
