[Resolved]  Quikr — quikr rto - bike ownership transfer

I have applied for bike ownership transfer through quikr rto 4 months back. They promised me over email that it will be done in 30 working days but it is not yet done.

One month before, i got reply from ramitha that they would return my money and documents because they are not able to proceed further. So, you basically you keeping money for 3 months and then denying service to your customer. I have filed a complaints to national consumer helpline and said the same to concerned department but still they are not taking things seriously.

Please look into matter asap before i got to consumer court. Attached the screenshot of the payment done and email from quikr that this work will be done within 25-30 days.

I did not get any call and after 7 months this issue is not resolved. Quikr is holding my RC and money. Disgusting service

we are taking your service from 5 year and now these days we are not satisfied with your service and your executive name- asha - [protected] we are try to call her but no. is switched off for a long time.. and we have not any alternate number for support...please help us
I have paid to quicker through my sbi debit card and order got cancelled and amount from quicker got refunded but still it's not credited in my bank account kindly help

Amount is 8200 rupees and refund initiated on 20 March
