[Resolved]  Quikr — Quikr RTO services fraud

I paid rs 3350 for RTO ownership transfer in May 2017 and nawazulla khan took my original documents. It's 4 months completed but no response from any one. They are not even returning my documents back after repeated follow-up. Renuka Prasad who manages the dept is also not responding to my emails or phones. Submitted multiple quire's through contact us section but no one is responding to it. I Am going to Lodge a police complaint against quikr.

My payment I'd:[protected] I order the product ad I'd :[protected] the seller not sell the product quikr cancel my order and said 2or 3 days your money will refund your paid account but still now not refund my money

I have taken the RTO service of quiker for Duplicate RC Book. they have assured to provide the service in 15 days I have paid the amount also but no mails or further action has been taken by them.

Hi, Same issues here. I engaged Quikr to get Ownership transfer for my CAR. It's been more than 4 months, my work is not completed yet. I am still waiting for my RC copy to deliver. However, they are not sharing their office number to contact.

If I don't get resolution / response in a week's time, I am planning to go to consumer court.

Quikr pathetic service provider for RTO service .
I have taken three contract including RC transfer /Road tax payment, altogether paid close to 1.5 Lakhs including Their Fee/RTO fee (including under table payment) and Road tax.
for 1 of my motorcycle -Its going to be 1 and half year now and still RC is Pending
For Car they have provided the Road tax receipt (that is also after repetitive follow up ) and took around 5 month
IN overall
1) They can not be trusted
2) Unprofessional and Unethical behavior
3) Irresponsible people

Renuka Prasad is not at all in picture.She never respond ... keeping her in the mail distribution is wastage of time

This is so unfortunate that why I have not seen this forum earlier. I have bought Quickr RTO service in starting of June and paid Rs 76K to Quicker for Road tax+Re-registration in another state. It been 3 months now and no proper response from quick. I have never thought such big brand can be a fraud or so. Kindly suggest how to move forward. Thanks!
HELLO i ahve given my cars document for ownership transfer to Quikr RTO, there represntative Nawaz had come to me and had collected documents from me in march 2019, since then I am sending them mail, I get autogenerated reply from then but no proper reply and I have already paid them 3000/- rupee online, can any one help me how to lodge complaint about this issue, i have all there mails saved in my mail box.

Same is the case with me . I have given my documents for ownership trasnfer on 17th oct 2019 . Its been 2 months and i am not recieving any proper response from quickr team. Such a pathetic service quickr is providing. Cant imagine they all says false promises that they will give us on 1 month and 15 days. Below are the people whom i have contacted till now. And they did final promoise that they will provide by nov 22nd. But i dont recieve any response from them. So i am launching a compaint on quickr on consumer count today.
