[Resolved]  Quikr — quikr rto services,collected money but not given the service specified

I am completely unhappy with the process flow and want to recall all the process we had undertaken from beginning, at least u think now that you deserve to act upon.

Firstly as amogh shetty has taken the task and transferred to pramod kumar from quikr rto services

Work flow

1) date : sat, jul 15, 2017, 10:36 am;price quote given from quikr

Total road tax=3894+429=rs.4323

Noc charges (Chennai to hyderabad)-rs.2500
re-registration-6000 (Below is the breakup for the same)

re-registration+number plate change+new rc issuance - rs.2000
fitness certificate-rs.2000
vehicle inspection charge+noc verification-rs.1000
quikr charges overall - rs.1000
Grand total=rs.12823

Im deducting rs.149 the booking amount

Aug 24, 2018, 2:47 pm — responded on aug 25, 2018, 10:41 am, saying we will get back to you on 5th september, 2018

After that i had communicated with pramod, he is continously asking time for update, for this i can provide recorded telephonic conversations, still before two days he said he will call by 5pm, but still there is no response

6) one more important thing, quikr had collected and holding my amount in their corporate account from 15-july-2017; 10:44:45, with out giving the service, they are surely responsible for this deed.

Finally i had not been comfortable with the services, which they made pain physiologically and taken my time for repetitive follow up
They had agreed to provide the services, but they had made myself to end the process.
I want to drop the services further more and requesting them to provide the refund and original documents status and delivery as soon as possible.
Requested to initiate the refund process immediately.
