[Resolved] Quikr — quikr | selling lies and fraud | beware | |
This is an honest feedback for your premium service which i opted lately. When quikr launched its door step delivery service it was a revolution in the used product selling buying market, and since then i am a huge fan of quikr. But recently the experience i had with quickr is real eye opener the kind o[censored]nprofessionalism and unethical behaviour quikr executive showed after buying premium service is something which will never bring me back to quikr for any other buy or sell. I have a branded dining set 2.5 years old which i bought in 40000 rs and the price i quoted on quikr was around 24000 rs which as per me was legitimate ask. As soon as i updated the details on quikr app i got a call from quikr and the lady (Kalpana, intentionally using the real name) told me to go for a premium service worth 1700 something which will be available in 1050 at discounted rate "for just next 15 mins" and they will be publishing my dining set adds all over the city and i will get a dedicated representative if i have any queries also quikr executives will come in a fews days and do a survey of my dining table, till this point it was ok then she told me that the price i am quoting is very less and i should quote 32000 rs for it and not just that "we deal with such sells day in day out and your dining set is in excellent condition so it will not take more than 2-3 days for this to get sold if i opt for premium service" she said. Under the influence and greed i opted for the service. I got no call at all or enquiries for about a week, and when ever i was asking the lady about it she was saying she is on vacation and came to her home town, after a week that lady stopped responding. It has been about three weeks and i still have got no call. My grievances are not about not been able to sell my dining set but about the way quikr is selling their premium services and giving wrong hopes and false information and we are simply believing them because they have more experience in this field and fall for it. The bottom line is that quikr is a good brand and it takes a lot of efforts and hard work to create a reputation but when these sales people are just spoiling it for completing their monthly targets its an unrepairable damage and loss of customers.
