I bought a mobile HTC M8 32GB from QuikrX order Id[protected] and got the delivery on 29th August. On checking the mobile it was founf to have a lot of faults. 1) The power on/off button is faulty. I have to press nearly 10 times to make it work once. 2) The upper speaker is faulty, it makes a cracking sound. 3) The mobile is rooted, it is a sprint carrier mobile which has been rooted to work in India.Hence rooted mobiles do not get ota updates. 4) The mobile description on the quikr site showed 2.5ghz cpu (The Indian version comes with 2.5ghz) but when checked it shows 2.3ghz cpu (The Sprint Carrier version of the mobile is 2.3ghz).so the description is misleading. 5) No Charger and No Box provided with the mobile. I have been contacting them daily on their customer care number and sent many emails for replacement/refund but they are not responding back. The customer care representatives are giving wayward answer since 13 days. Please help Was this information helpful? | |||||
