[Resolved] Quikr — Received defective refurbished phone need replacement | |||||
I have purchased Lg nexus 5 16gb excellent condition, but the phone is not even turn on and I send a mail to [protected]@quikr.com regarding my problem with invoice copy, Imei number and image of phone that I received. I didn't get any reply and more over when I call to quikr customer care they cut the call suddenly after hearing my problem. My order ID is 10176265. I want replacement. Such a poor customer support. I had ordered Refurbished Nokia Lumia 620 (Order No[protected] on 13/09/2016. I paid via Debit Card. But till date i didn't get any Confirmation of getting delivered. I called QuickrX customer care 3-4 times, but they every time they answer me " We will inform you soon, if its dispatched" . There is no COD option too. Please help!
