[Resolved] Quikr — refund delay | |||||
I had posted an ad to. Sell my car in quickr, i got a call from one of the exceutives of quickr. He suggested to switch the ad to premium and also suggested to post to another district for more response. So i had paid 3600 for both. The exceutive told that this payable amount is refundable. After one month if my car was not sold. I dont get any call or enquires. By next month i called quickr and requested to cancel my ad and refund my money. The exceutives gives the mail id of the premium service dept. I mailed them after i got a call and told my payment will transfer by paytm with in 2 wrking days. Now i become 4 wrking days. I mailed them again still they giving the same reply stating your issue will resolved witin 24-48 hours. Was this information helpful? | |||||
