[Resolved] Quikr — Refund not initiated - ad id :[protected] | |||||
I have given an order to purchase vediocon fridge by paying RS 3500 from SBI debit card on July 27th 2016, AD id :[protected], TXN id : [protected]. Mean while seller has sold the product to some one. so i initiated the cancellation for that ad on 28th July 2016, Seller has also initiated the cancellation on 29th July 2016. Quikr also acknowledge for that. But quikr didn't cancel my ad till now and also not initiated the return. Whenever i call the customer care, They collect all my details and will tell this will be done today like that, but no any response or confirmation from quikr so far. I have called 6 times customer care, every time i loose 20 rs from my mobile balance to explain the details Please help me to get my money refunded back. I am totally worried that, will i be able to get my money back from quikr. Was this information helpful? | |||||
