[Resolved] Quikr — refund not pay | |||||
I have ordered samsung galaxy s duos s7562 (White, 4 gb) mobile from quikr mobiles, i had paid for the prepaid order. After 10 days also i have cancelled product, i had contacted the customer care they informed that they cancelled the item from their end due to faulty products. So i realized for that they said refund will be processed. After 10 days of cancellation also not received my amount. Again i contacted the customer care they still asked a week for refund.
